Metodo classico Spumante made with onIy Negroamaro grapes produced through white vinification. Long stay on the yeasts, after riddling by hand on wooden pupitres. Pleasant and delicate fine perlage can have a nice pairing with seafood, fish but also with roast meat. Ideas as aperityf and whole meal long taste.
